Position Overview:
Daos is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of an online platform for our community members. This is an ambitious Web3 project aimed at building a strong and engaged community. The specialist will work closely with the core team and be responsible for assembling and managing the development team.
Responsibilities:
– Form and lead a development team (engineers, designers, etc.)
– Oversee the creation of an online platform for community members
– Collaborate directly with the core team to align on strategy and vision
– Research Web3 trends and ensure innovative platform solutions
– Develop engagement strategies to attract and retain users

Requirements:
– Proven experience in product management and SaaS projects
– Fluent in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken)
– Understanding of Web3 and blockchain is a plus
– Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Experience with unit economics and various monetization models is a plus.
