About project:
The company is seeking a talented and experienced Game Designer to work on an innovative mobile game for Telegram web app.
– Minimum 4+ years of experience in the game design industry;
– Experience of leading a game design team on commercial products;
– Experience of working on mobile casual games in the farming, strategy, tycoon, city-builder or social casino genres.

– Structured and methodical approach in design and development;
– Experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design;
– Strong understanding of game mechanics, level design, and player psychology;
– Ability to create engaging and innovative gameplay experiences;
– Expertise in visual storytelling and narrative design;
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment;
– Create and develop game concepts, including mechanics, storylines, and characters;
– Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive interfaces that enhance the player experience;
– Conduct playtesting sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve gameplay;
– Create and maintain detailed design documents, including game design specifications and user stories;
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in gaming industry and integrate new ideas and technologies into game designs;
– Design and implement in-game economy to ensure a balanced and engaging player experience;
– Innovate and develop new game mechanics that enhance gameplay;
– Ensure that the game provides a balanced challenge for players with different skill levels;
– Write and refine the narrative scenarios that drive the game’s story;
– Develop engaging, fun, and challenging levels;
– Prepare comprehensive technical specifications for developers to follow during game development.
