As a Game Producer, you will oversee the entire development pipeline, from inception to launch and beyond. You will ensure that the game meets its business goals and brings joy to its users.

Key Responsibilities:
– Define the product vision and articulate it to the stakeholders and the team.
– Devise the development pipeline and oversee the production process for each game.
– Lead and inspire the development team.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities for innovation.
– Manage the entire product lifecycle.
– Improve the game based on performance metrics and user feedback.
– Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align the development process with business goals.
– Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into the game.

– At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
– Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming market.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Will be an advantage:
– Experience with Play-to-Earn games;
– Successfully launched commercial games in your portfolio.
– Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies.
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming market.
