About project:
A globally-minded and network-driven international holding is looking for a qualified Head of the Hub who will lead the community management team to create the collaborative environment among our members through events and personal introductions.

Head of the Hub will manage the day-to-day activity and responsibilities of the Hub, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed accurately and assigned fairly.
The Role includes:
Community Management & Events:
– Manage all operations at the location;
– Opening and closing the shift (preparation of the location for the working day);
– Conducting tours for potential residents, consulting and selling the company's services;
– Create a friendly atmosphere for our residents and take care of them;
– Maintain positive relationships with customers, guests and suppliers;
– Organize and oversee events to ensure there is a good balance;
– Review the availability of sufficient procedural safeguards to protect the company's members and assets;
– Reporting and monitor KPIs;
– Proactively collect data on members' business goals;
– Identify opportunities and act to connect members;
– Reception of domestic and international calls, reception and distribution of correspondence, documents and parcels;
– Develop and implement policies, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimize the member experience;
– Monitoring the maintenance of the proper condition of the central office, maintaining the vitality of the office and the reception area (office equipment, appliances, kitchen space, etc.) and contacting the relevant service departments or colleagues (for example, the IT team) if necessary;
– Control and ordering of office needs, office equipment, courier and transport services;
– Preparation of monthly reports on transport and courier services;
– Explain community’s policies and procedures to members, including but not limited to: membership agreement and billing procedures.

Biz Dev:
– Conduct tours for VIPs;
– Participate in the wider market community by attending events and networking with local startups and organizations;
– Manage and maintain relationships with the landlord, suppliers and landlords;
– Building Management
– Develop recommendations for any repairs, maintenance or upgrades required in your building;
– Analyze applications (tickets) by area to identify and solve emerging problems, for example, insufficient staff of cleaners, repeated failures in IT, faulty equipment in conference rooms, etc.;
– Set priorities using big data and clearly communicate adjustments to the team;
– Produce comprehensive quality control reports that enable all stakeholders to improve the member experience;
– Review all building master records to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate;
– Oversee check-ins and check-outs for a quality experience;
– Review daily reports and work with the team to produce weekly and monthly reports that highlight community and sales progress;
– Building cost management;
– Know and be able to implement member safety plans, such as fire and emergency plans

Personnel Management:
– Manage a team within the building to achieve goals and accomplish their tasks both individually and as a team;
– Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to track individual performance;
– Monitor and keep the team abreast of changes in processes;
– Supervise the team, including performance management reviews.
Your background:
– Experience with the international market, understanding the peculiarities different cultures;
– Experience in Operations and Administration, at least 4 years;
– Project management and business operations experience;
– Experience in managing teams of 10 or more people;
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, focus on deadlines and service;
– Ability to work under stress;
– Demonstrate honesty, reliability, responsibility, self-awareness, work ethic and empathy;
– Responsible approach and desire to do more for a growing team;
– Employment experience;
– English - at least C1;
– More foreign languages will be a plus.
