– Provide day-to-day support to the event team by assisting in the management of event logistics, schedules, and coordination;
– Take ownership of specific event tasks;
– Prepare event orders, contracts, and all necessary documentation for event execution, and create detailed post-event reports including feedback analysis, performance metrics, and recommendations for future events;
– Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and contribute to team development;
– Merchandise management.
