Community Manager

We’re looking for a Community Manager for one of the projects that is actively developing - a community and space that will bring people together in the WEB 3.0 industry in Dubai.
– Create viral content for social media and promotion in social medias;
– Building relationships with contractors and suppliers;
– Customer experience improvement;
– Adherence to project standards and values;
– Organize events for residents;
– Responsible for reception during established Hub opening hours and being the on-site point of contact;
– Onboarding of the new residents;
– Engage with offline and online community, create an atmosphere for residents;
– Dealing with various requests (registration, access, reservations, etc.);
– Quality and condition control of the office space;
– Timely communication about various issues to the Head of Hub;
– Receiving calls and distributing correspondence;
– Maintain office space;
– Management of resident cards and access levels.
– 2+ years of experience in Customer service/Hospitality;
– Skills in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, CRM-systems;
– Experience in managing teams (2+ people);
– Be responsible, organized, honest;
– Responsible approach and desire to do more for a growing team;
– English level - C1.

Will be a plus:
– Experience in the similar projects;
– Education in the field of hotel business or tourism.
