We’re looking for a Community Manager for one of the projects that is actively developing - a community and space that will bring people together in the WEB 3.0 industry in Dubai.
– Dealing with various requests (registration, access, reservations, etc.);
– Engage with the offline and online communities, create an atmosphere for residents;
– Responsible for reception during established Hub opening hours and being the on-site point of contact;
– Customer experience improvement;
– Adherence to project standards and values;
– Organize events for residents.
– 2+ years of experience in Customer service/Hospitality;
– Skills in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, CRM-systems;
– Be responsible, organized, honest;
– Responsible approach and desire to do more for a growing team;
– English level - C1.
