Your Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring a seamless member experience.
– Manage office setup, optimization, and customization for a comfortable and productive environment.
– Utilize space management software (e.g., Nexudus, Salto) to enhance efficiency.
– Handle client onboarding processes, ensuring a structured and engaging introduction to the space.
– Organize and execute events, private meetings, and networking opportunities for top clients.
– Assign tasks and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and order.
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to coworking operations.
– Provide exceptional customer service and address community needs proactively.
– Act swiftly in emergency situations, following structured action steps to ensure safety and order.
