Our friends and partners Ukrainian music label ENKO is looking for a Chief Executive Officer.

ENKO is a Ukrainian music multi-genre label founded by rapper alyona alyona and sound producer Ivan Klymenko on October 17, 2020. The name of the label comes from the ending of Ukrainian surnames «-enko», the founders' surnames end exactly like that — Savranenko and Klymenko.

The label’s mission is to unite Ukrainian artists to inspire people to change the world for the better.

Currently, the label has 4 full-management artists: alyona alyona, KALUSH, Kalush Orchestra, SKOFKA, KOZAK SIROMAHA and 86 distribution artists (MamaRika, Kola, Dovi, KRUTЬ, Elarm, Nahaba, Fiёnka). Since 2023, they have been working as an open label.
Who is our perfect candidate?
– At least 5 years in a similar CEO position
– Experience in companies with at least 200 employees
– Demonstrated success in scaling a business, including growth in revenue, team size, and business units
– Proven experience in expanding business operations into new international markets
– Expertise in leading digital transformation projects, including the creation and implementation of digital tools to enhance business operations
– Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with a global perspective
– Exceptional negotiation and partnership-building skills
– A deep passion for music and a commitment to supporting artists and fostering their growth
– Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Lead the expansion of the label, focusing on entering new markets and fostering international partnerships.
– Increase revenue streams through innovative marketing, distribution, and partnerships.
– Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential partners in new markets
– Oversee financial performance and set targets for profitability and revenue growth
– Lead marketing and promotional activities to boost the label’s profile
– Implement efficient and scalable operational processes
– Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with strategic goals
– Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance business processes and customer experiences
