To succeed in this role, you should have:
– 4+ years of experience in business development, sales etc in IT industry;
– Exceptional flexibility and adaptability, enabling you to pivot quickly, solve problems, and manage diverse tasks such as calls, correspondence, and research;
– Experience in building processes in the sales department;
– Strong stress resilience and the ability to perform under pressure;
– A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a knack for initiating tasks, identifying new partners, and suggesting innovative collaboration strategies;
– Advanced self-organization skills to independently plan and execute daily and weekly tasks aligned with overarching goals;
– A keen attention to detail;
– Upper-intermediate proficiency in English/Ukrainian, both written and spoken.

Will be a plus:
– Experience or interest in web3.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
– Create and standardize key customer offers for different target audiences;
– Description and visualization of the lead generation and lead processing process;
– Developing strategies for attracting new customers, expanding markets, partnerships, and other ways of development;
– Preparation of reports and presentations for the company's funder on the results and development plans;
– Tracking and analyzing performance, measuring revenue and profitability.
