– 4+ years of experience in business development, sales etc in IT industry;
– Exceptional flexibility and adaptability, enabling you to pivot quickly, solve problems, and manage diverse tasks such as calls, correspondence, and research;
– Experience in building processes in the sales department;
– Strong stress resilience and the ability to perform under pressure;
– A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a knack for initiating tasks, identifying new partners, and suggesting innovative collaboration strategies;
– Advanced self-organization skills to independently plan and execute daily and weekly tasks aligned with overarching goals;
– A keen attention to detail;
– Upper-intermediate proficiency in English/Ukrainian, both written and spoken.
