A globally-minded and network-driven international holding is looking for a talented and skilled Business Development Manager to join the team. We firmly believe in and practice a win-win approach that ensures satisfaction for both employers and candidates. Currently, CEO is actively involved in creating a future space for internet projects. This space will include office premises and infrastructure for technical enterprises and startups, along with a community club.
We expect you to have:
– Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales;
– Minimum of three years of experience in IT;
– Experience in blockchain, preferred, but not mandatory;
– Flexibility and quick adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly, initiate problem-solving, and perform various tasks throughout the workday (e.g., calls, correspondence, research, etc.);
– Stress resilience;
– Initiative and proactiveness: Ideal candidates can set goals, initiate new tasks, find new partners, and suggest new ways of collaboration;
– Self-organization: The ability to plan one’s own day and week independently, based on set goals and desired results, without the need for daily supervision or reminders;
– Attention to detail;
– Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level, both spoken and written.
What will you do:
– Coordinating the negotiation process in collaboration with the CEO from start to result – partnership, sale, or rejection. Regular analysis is required;
– Sourcing and independent work with leads, including scheduling calls, conducting initial negotiations, documenting call results, and monitoring further progress;
– Participation in the development or enhancement of business development funnels, partnership programs, and trigger strategies;
– Implementation of the CRM system for the sales department and maintaining a client database in the CRM system;
– Operational support for partnership implementations, including follow-up messages immediately after calls, CRM data input, leadership in standard partnership options;
– Handoff to research and back, writing press releases, publication, and social media sharing, participation in custom campaigns, and sending news updates to partner channels;
– Assisting in the implementation of the entire business development strategy, such as preparing the company for participation in events.
– Weekly and monthly reporting;
– Participation in meetings with management and the department.
