To succeed in this role, you should have:
– At least 4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
– Hands-on experience with blockchain or Web 3.0 technologies.
– Exceptional flexibility and adaptability, enabling you to pivot quickly, solve problems, and manage diverse tasks such as calls, correspondence, and research.
– Strong stress resilience and the ability to perform under pressure.
– A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a knack for initiating tasks, identifying new partners, and suggesting innovative collaboration strategies.
– Advanced self-organization skills to independently plan and execute daily and weekly tasks aligned with overarching goals.
– A keen attention to detail.
– Upper-intermediate proficiency in English/Ukrainian, both written and spoken.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
– Oversee and coordinate the negotiation process in collaboration with the CEO, ensuring smooth transitions from initiation to closure—whether a partnership, sale, or rejection.
– Regular analysis will be part of your routine.
– Independently source leads, schedule calls, conduct initial negotiations, document outcomes, and monitor progress.
– Contribute to the development and optimization of business development funnels, partnership programs, and trigger strategies.
– Implement and maintain a CRM system for the sales department, ensuring an up-to-date client database.
– Provide operational support for partnerships, including follow-ups, CRM data entry, and managing standard partnership processes.
– Collaborate on crafting press releases, handling publications, sharing updates on social media, and participating in custom campaigns and partner news distribution.
– Support the overall business development strategy, including preparing the company for events and conferences.
– Deliver weekly and monthly reports and actively participate in team meetings and strategic discussions.
