About project:
Currently, we are looking for a Business Assistant(Dubai location) for our partners - a media about modern finances. Since 2017, it has been one of the most well-known media resources covering cryptocurrency, blockchain, and economics in Eastern Europe.
Our perfect candidate has the next characteristics.
Professional Skills:
– 2+ proven experience on similar roles (Personal Assistant, Operation Manager, Administrative Assistant and others);
– Has experience in planning\organization of the processes and strict adherence to deadlines;
– is aware about the local rules and regulations (Dubai)
– Structured approach to solving any tasks;
– Has experience in searching for information and packaging it;
– Proficient in English at Upper Intermediate level.
– Proficient in using G -Suit and similar tools.

Personal skills:
– Problem solver; readiness to act in changing environment;
– Striving for excellence and self development;
– Has clear understanding of own goals and ambitious;
– Has proactive attitude in working \life processes;
Your day to day activity:
– Research and analysis of required information for CEO;
– Taking part in working meetings, followups creation;
– Acting as a CEO representative during attending of various organizations at UAE;
– Covering the daily operational tasks;
– Setting the tasks for team members and control of meeting deadlines ;
– Organizing document flow for company;
– Travel support for CEO (visa support, booking hotels, ticket ext);
– Performing personal tasks for the CEO.
