– Prepare drinks, take orders and provide excellent customer service;
– Be responsible for the beverages menu, specials and snacks;
– Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply;
– Comply with licensing regulations and hub procedures;
– Demonstrate a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how beverages are prepared (to recipe) and presented;
– Learning about beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality;
– Offering expert advice, recommendations and answering questions about coffee and other drinks;
– Maintain special relationship with residents, make them feel welcome.
