As the Art Lead, you will lead the department and will collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an experienced artist with a passion for GameDev, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of game art pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of artists, including concept artists, 2D/3D artists, animators, and UI/UX designers.
– Define and maintain the visual style and quality for all game projects.
– Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure that visual elements support gameplay and narrative.
– Oversee the creation of concept art, character design, environments, animations, and UI elements.
– Ensure the consistency and optimization of art assets for the mini Apps at Telegram.
– Provide feedback, conduct art reviews, and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
– Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our games remain competitive in the market.
– Define and maintain the visual style and quality for all game projects.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Art Lead, Senior 2D Artist in the gaming or iGaming industry.
– Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of game art styles.
– Expertise in game art pipelines, from 2D concept to final asset delivery.
– Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator; will be an advantage Maya, Blender, etc.).
– Strong understanding of UI/UX principles as they relate to game design.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
– Ability to balance creative vision with project constraints and deadlines.
– Passion for games and a deep understanding of iGaming trends and audiences.
– Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of game art styles.
– Expertise in game art pipelines, from 2D concept to final asset delivery.
– Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator; will be an advantage Maya, Blender, etc.).
